He has honed his skills as sous chef at the Royal Park Hotel’s main dining room, Palazzo, and at the Tokyo Dome Hotel as head chef of the dining room, Deux Mille, since its opening.

In 2014, he was appointed executive chef of the Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel. He has planned and organized restaurant fairs in Hokkaido, Tohoku, Iseshima, Hokuriku, Shikoku, Kyushu, and other regions, which have been well received by many guests.
He has also been well received by many brides and grooms for his spectacular French cuisine for wedding receptions.
