At Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort, we do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies
so that they can enjoy their meals.
Some of our menus do not contain
[7 allergenic specified raw materials] and [20 allergenic specified raw materials] upon request.
“Low Allergen Menu” is available.

Food Allergy Precautions

  1. Ingredients used are confirmed based on information from the manufacturer.
  2. We will not be available on the day of the event.
  3. Since the food is prepared in the same kitchen as other menus and the same cooking and cleaning equipment is used as for other menus, there is a possibility that small amounts of allergenic substances may be introduced into the food during the cooking process.
  4. Please note that due to the above reasons, the menu is not completely allergy-friendly. Please note that we may have no choice but to refuse to serve a dish if the symptoms are severe, for the safety of our guests.
  5. You may bring your own food and condiments for allergy prevention to some restaurants.
  6. Please check the above information before placing an order and make your own final decision.
