Enjoy the bounty of Hokkaido’s sea and land, including seafood such as crab and Okhotsk seafood makanai donburi, and local dishes such as roast beef and zangi, Hokkaido beef with a strong flavor and moderate fat content.
For dessert, a variety of sweets using strawberries will be served.

Delicate and gently sweet snow crab served with ponzu,
or crab vinegar as you like.

The meat is a cross between Japanese black beef and Holstein beef, which gives it just the right salty flavor of flavorful lean meat with just the right amount of fat. It is cooked at low temperature for a soft and tender finish.

Rooibe, a local Hokkaido dish of frozen fish that is eaten as sashimi without thawing, is served with salmon roe.

Japanese dressing
The world’s largest octopus, characterized by its sweetness and softness, served with Japanese sauce.

Japanese Style Salad Tailored
Cold beef and spring vegetables are combined in this colorful salad with a great eating experience.

“Jingisukan” is one of Hokkaido’s representative soul foods, a dish of lamb marinated in sauce and grilled in a special pan.

Potatoes are heated and served with butter on top, but in Hokkaido it is standard to eat them with “salted squid”.

In Hokkaido, fried chicken is called “zangi”. The chicken is marinated in a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based sauce before deep frying, and is more seasoned than most fried chicken.
