For children of elementary school age and older

Children of elementary school age and older are charged the same rate as adults.

Sleeping with children

Preschool children may sleep with their parents.

Meals are not included in the meal plan for children who sleep with their parents. If you wish to have a meal for your child, please pay the bill at each restaurant.

Children sleeping with parents are not included in the number of adults, so please make a separate request when using the room. Please select the number of children who will be sleeping with you on the reservation form when making a reservation on our website.

Are there any rooms available for smoking?

All rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have “connecting rooms” where adjacent rooms are connected by a middle door?

No connecting rooms are available. If you are staying with your family or friends, please let us know at the time of reservation so that we can arrange a room as close as possible.

Minimum 1 adult, based on double occupancy.

Can minors stay alone?

Yes, you may stay at the hotel with the consent of your parents or guardians (no written consent is required). However, in the event of an emergency (such as illness or other circumstances beyond the control of the guest or the hotel), we may contact the parent or guardian.

We are staying for an anniversary or birthday. Is there anything I can do?

We can reserve flowers, balloons, and cakes to decorate your room.

Can I stay with my pet?

Advance Credit Card Payment for Internet Reservations

Advance credit card payment is available for reservation on our website, except for some plans. When registering, please select the payment method in the “Enter detailed information” section (the screen before the reservation is completed).

Can I book travel agency plans directly with the hotel?

It is not possible to book travel agency plans directly.

If I book the first night through a travel agency and the second night directly, will the room change?

The same room type will usually be prepared for you.

Check-in and check-out times and curfew

Check-in is usually available from 3:00 pm. However, if it will be after 24:00, please call the front desk to inform us of your arrival time. (Please call the front desk at 047-355-1112.)

There is no curfew after check-in procedures. Check-out time is usually 12:00 noon.

Is it possible to check in (enter the room) before 3:00 p.m.?

Please wait in the front lobby until 3:00 p.m. when you can enter your room. However, you may check in your luggage and purchase park tickets from 7:00 a.m. Please note that there is no need to contact us in advance if you wish to check in before the scheduled arrival time given at the time of your reservation.

Is there a waiting list system for lodging reservations?

We do not accept waiting list requests.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations after a reservation has been made will be subject to the following cancellation fees

  • From 14 days prior: 10% of room charge
  • From 7 days prior: 20% of room charge
  • The day before: 50% of the room charge
  • On the day of stay: 100% of the room charge
  • No-show without notice of cancellation: 100% of room charge

Entry time for consecutive nights

For guests staying for consecutive nights, you may enter the room regardless of the normal check-in time (3:00 p.m.). However, during the daytime, a cleaning staff member will be in the room for cleaning (10:00-16:00). If you do not wish the cleaning staff to enter the room, please contact the front desk in advance.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we will keep them free of charge at the “Bell Captain’s Desk” on the first floor of the hotel.

The Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center in front of Maihama Station (8:00 – 15:00) offers a free baggage delivery service, where you can drop off your baggage before your arrival at the hotel and have it delivered to the hotel. At the same time, check-in procedures and park ticket sales are also available.

Please note that if you bring your luggage to the center after check-out, we will not be able to keep it.

Tentative Reservations, Cancellations, etc.

As for tentative reservations for banquet rooms, we basically accept them for one week free of charge.

Please decide on the plan and tentative number of participants between 2 weeks and 10 days prior to the event. Please contact us by 3:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the date of the event to confirm the number of participants. Please note that any reduction in the number of participants after this date will be subject to a guarantee.

In addition, for various outside arrangements (signage, gifts, etc.), there are many cases in which the handover is two weeks before the event, so please consult us as early as possible if you have outside arrangements.

◆For full cancellation after the decision has been made

  1. In case of cancellation at least 31 days prior to the event date from the date of application for the banquet, etc. ⇒ 30% of the estimated amount of the banquet, etc. (excluding tax and service charge)

What types of gifts are available?

Food, clothing and bedding, housewares, tableware, and Disney-related products are available.
*Because the order is placed externally, the final arrangement for the product will be made two weeks in advance.

Second Party Plan

How many people can use the room?

For a special after-party plan, we can accommodate a standing buffet for 20 people or more. We will also charge you the plan fee x the number of guests.

Can we have 80% of the number of participants?

We have received similar inquiries, but in such cases, the special plan is not applied and separate room and other charges will be added at the regular rate, so it is very economical to make effective use of the plan.

When should we decide on the final number of people?

Due to the deadline for ordering food, please notify us 10 days in advance for the estimated number of guests, and 3 days in advance for the final number of guests if you would like to change the number of guests by 1-2 persons. Any changes made after this date will incur a charge. Please understand this in advance.

How do I make a reservation (tentative reservation)?

Reservations and tentative reservations can be made by phone. Tentative reservations are valid for one week.

Do I need to make a deposit?

No need to pay. Payment is to be made in cash on the day of the event.

What is the format of the party?

Basically, the event will be held in a standing style, but depending on the situation of the venue, chairs can be placed against the wall. We will also provide high sand seats for the bride and groom.

Sound, background music, etc.

If you do not specify a song, the hotel will provide the music for the entrance, exit, and during the reception. If you bring your own CDs, MDs, cassette tapes, etc., please bring your own MP3 player or iPods with special connection terminals (red and white RCA terminals on the hotel input side), which will be used by you.

Waiting area, changing rooms, etc.

Shared changing rooms are available on weekends and holidays. If you would like to use a dedicated room, a fee of 20,000 yen per hour (tax not included) will be charged. (We may decline your request if the venue is fully booked.)

What is your payment method?

Payment will be made in cash after collecting the membership fee on the day of the event.

Are there any fun options?

Whether the party is lively or not depends on the atmosphere and the organizer! Bingo game (free of charge) and Russian roulette (cream puffs with mustard or wasabi / 200 yen per cream puff, tax not included) *) are also available. (*Additional charge).

Do you have video-related equipment?

We have a variety of equipment available for rent. For equipment rental, a projector, screen, and DVD deck are available for a special fee*. If you wish to project from a computer, please bring your own computer and operate it.

Present this card at the admission counter to purchase tickets and enter the park even when admission is restricted.

Do you have a ceremony or reception venue with a view of the ocean?

We have two reception halls on the top floor of the hotel, “Carnival” and “Sunset”, with views of both Tokyo Bay as well as the Tokyo DisneylandⓇ side. We will guide you according to the number of people expected.

Is there a place for attendees to change?

Men’s and women’s changing rooms are available on the 2nd floor of the Annex.

Is it possible to visit the venue on weekdays?

Of course, you are welcome to visit. Compared to Saturdays and Sundays, there are relatively few wedding parties, so you can take your time and enjoy the tour.

Can you make a wedding cake with an original design?

Our patissier speaks directly with the customer to determine a design that meets his or her needs.

Is it possible to make a decision after tentatively booking the wedding and after discussing it with my family?

It is possible. There is no charge for a tentative reservation.

If you have a tentative reservation for a venue and we receive a response within one week from the date of your reservation, there is no problem. If you have not yet reached a conclusion at that time, we will be happy to extend your reservation for another week if you contact us.

We encourage you to make a tentative reservation, as it may take several steps to reach a decision, such as comparing other venues and informing your family members of your decision.

How far in advance should I visit or reserve a wedding venue?

We have a lot of decisions to make before the wedding, such as deciding on costumes, invitations, and sending invitations to guests, etc. One to six months is a relatively comfortable amount of time to prepare. We accept reservations up to 13 months in advance.

I live too far away to go to the meeting…

We will help you reduce the number of visits by starting meetings earlier than usual and communicating with you by phone or e-mail.
